CGM strongly recommends that applicants from certain countries work with an immigration consultant for study visa applications. Contact us to find out if this applies to you.

If you are not sure whether or not you are eligible for a study permit, you might want to contact an immigration consultant. If you cannot locate one in your hometown, we can help connect you with one here in Vancouver. Immigration Consultants are certified by the government and will ensure your application is properly filled out for your best chance at success.

All students should have medical insurance coverage while studying in Canada. It is recommended that you make your own arrangements through private insurers before coming to Canada. Please refer to Student Insurer Ingle International or DCIS or another suitable Insurer of your choice. All residents of British Columbia, including students, are required to register for the BC Medical Services Plan (BC MSP), with eligibility commencing after three months of residency.
